By using this store and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

**Products**
Items are made to order. Colors may vary slightly between screens and finished garments, and minor variation is a normal part of made-to-order production — not a defect.

**Orders & pricing**
All prices are in USD or CAD. We may correct pricing errors, refuse, or cancel any order, including after it's placed. If we cancel a paid order, you're refunded in full.

**Payment**
Payment is required in full at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

**Shipping, returns & refunds**
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, incorporated here by reference.

**Intellectual property**
All designs, wordmarks, imagery, and content are the property of  Satoshi Archive and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.

**Limitation of liability**
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

**Governing law**
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. *(Set to match your entity. Note: consumer-protection laws where you live and where your customers live — including Quebec — may still apply regardless of this clause.)*

**Changes**
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
