RETURNS & REFUNDS

Made to order, made right. Because each piece is produced individually for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for a size or color you selected. Check the size guide on every product page before ordering — it's the surest way to get the fit right.

**What we cover, fully**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted — or the wrong item shows up — we make it right with a **free replacement or full refund**.

**How it works**
1. Email support@satoshiarchive.com within **14 days of delivery**.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
3. That's it. **No need to ship anything back** — the photo is enough. We'll reprint or refund.

**Lost in transit**
If tracking shows your order didn't arrive, contact us within **14 days of the estimated delivery date** and we'll resolve it.

**Not covered**
- Change of mind after ordering
- Wrong size or color selected at checkout
- Normal variation inherent to made-to-order production

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved.
