## SHIPPING POLICY

Every piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your order is produced when you place it, then shipped. This keeps inventory lean and waste low, and it means a short production window before anything moves.

**Production time**
Orders are produced in **3–10 business days** before shipping. 

**Shipping time (after production)**
- United States: **3–12 business days**
- Canada: **4–12 business days**

Estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, and peak periods can extend them.

**Where we ship**
Canada and the United States.

**Tracking**
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships.

**Duties & taxes**
Orders are produced and shipped from the facility nearest you, so most orders arrive without cross-border fees. Any duties or import taxes that do apply are the recipient's responsibility.

**Wrong address**
Confirm your shipping details at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address may require a reshipment fee.
